Warranty Policy
Marshall Electric Company, Inc. will warranty the parts installed as well as the labor charge and any applicable trip charge associated with that parts installation for 90 days.
If within 45 days of the initial repair, the equipment or appliance is not operating correctly and additional parts are needed, the customer will only pay for the parts and will not be invoiced for any additional labor charge or trip charge.
If after 45 days of the initial repair, the equipment or appliance does not operate properly for any reason not pertaining to the newly installed parts, the customer will be charged for the follow-up service call including the trip charge, labor charge, and any additional parts installed.
